How we handle your information.
This notice describes information collected through the public Auto Palladium website. It is a current operating description, not a claim that every retention, deletion, or regional privacy decision has been finalized.
Service requests
A public request asks for the details needed to review the night. Typical fields include:
- Your name, email, and phone number
- Service type, setting, date, times, and location
- Vehicle, guest, or passenger counts where relevant, plus optional notes
How that information is used
Request details are stored so the house can review, quote, and respond. Submitting a request does not create a price, charge a card, or subscribe you to marketing from this form.
Contact fields stay in the request until you send it. They are not written into the browser address or local storage as part of the public form.
Google Maps addresses and routes
When address suggestions are enabled, text typed into booking address fields is sent to Google Maps to find matching locations. Selecting a suggestion loads its address and map from Google. You can also type a full address manually.
For ride estimates, pickup and destination addresses and the selected departure time are sent to Google Maps to calculate a route, distance and estimated travel time. The addresses submitted with your booking are saved in the booking record. Google handles map requests under its own privacy policy and Maps terms, linked below.
Accounts and sign-in
If you create or use an account, Auto Palladium keeps the session and profile information required to authenticate you and show your own bookings. Public pages do not expose other customers’ records.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell the personal information submitted on this site. Access to enquiry details is limited to authorized platform review. Final retention, export, and deletion policy still requires owner review — we will not invent a destruction schedule here.
Questions about a request you already sent can be raised through a new service request or, if you have an account, after you sign in.
Google Maps notices
Auto Palladium uses Google Maps for address suggestions, maps and route estimates. Use of these features is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
