SERVICE INFORMATION
Before your service.
These notes explain how public requests work on the Auto Palladium website. A reviewed quote, when issued, is the record for that booking.
Requests are pending quotes
Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation, reserve capacity, accept a contract, or charge you. Service details and any applicable terms must be reviewed before confirmation.
A request may be declined, closed, or returned for more information if the house cannot fulfill the night as described.
Service area
Public requests are planned for Orange County and Los Angeles. Work outside that area is owner-approved — not invented by the form.
Accounts
An Auto Palladium account is for reviewing your own quotes, bookings, and service updates. Keep sign-in details private. Access to operations, staff tools, or other customers’ records is never granted from these public pages.
Related notices
How contact details from a request are handled is described on the Privacy page. If these notes and a later written quote disagree, the reviewed quote controls for that booking.
Google Maps notices
Auto Palladium uses Google Maps for address suggestions, maps and route estimates. Use of these features is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
